GSA Names Press Secretary for Office of Strategic Communication and Special Assistant for Office of the Administrator
WASHINGTON — Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has appointed Christina Wilkes as Press Secretary and Gennie Duncan as Special Assistant for the Office of the Administrator.
Wilkes brings multi-sector experience in media relations, government communication, and strategic communication planning to the position. Having worked in the press office for the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives as well as in research and communication for the Obama White House team, Wilkes has a wealth of experience in government press relations.
Duncan comes to GSA with previous experience as the Director of Donor Services for the Presidential Inaugural Committee and has worked extensively on a variety of political campaigns. She will be serving a critical role providing administrative and operational support for the Office of the Administrator.
