GSA Statement in Response to the Filing of the Joint Applicants to the DC Public Service Commission

 

As the single largest commercial ratepayer in the District of Columbia, the General Services Administration (GSA) believes there must be fairness and transparency for all stakeholders in matters under review by the Public Service Commission. As indicated in our submission to the Commission, the filing by the Joint Applicants does not meet this test and should not be considered by the Commission. GSA will continue to advocate on behalf of federal taxpayers.
