GSA Statement on Post-Election Services after Concession
GSA has notified the Trump transition team of President-elect Trump’s eligibility for post-election services under the Presidential Transition Act, which are available after a concession. Services would include office space, IT equipment, office supplies, fleet vehicles, mail management, and payment of compensation and other expenses, and can be provided once the statutorily required agreement is signed.
GSA is prepared to work with President-elect Trump’s transition team to complete the required agreement to receive GSA administrative services and support. More information on GSA’s role in the presidential transition is available on GSA’s website.
