GSA to host Industry Day for government shared services
Providing a great opportunity for government and industry to share best practices
WASHINGTON — The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) will host an Industry Day for Unified Shared Services Management (USSM) on August 22, at 1800 F Street, Washington, DC. This meeting is intended to provide industry partners with an interactive overview of how the ecosystem for shared services is evolving in the federal government. This will also be an opportunity for the federal government to hear feedback and best practices from industry around shared services, migration and modernization of current systems, along with operations and support of the government mission. This United Shared Services Management Office was established in October 2015 to enable the delivery of high-quality, high-value shared services that improve performance and efficiency throughout government.
