- Federal government contract and grant officials who are responsible for federal award activities, past performance reporting, and suspension and debarment activities.
- State, local, tribal, or foreign government officials responsible for applying for grants or loans, or awarding funds to subrecipients.
- Owners, officers, or employees of other public companies and organizations looking to respond to opportunities, apply for assistance programs, or report subcontract information.
In addition to those millions of customers who have SAM.gov user accounts, there are also hundreds of thousands of entities that complete the entity registration process and maintain an active entity registration in order to pursue federal awards like federal contracts or federal financial assistance opportunities.
