We work to identify and recover transportation service provider overcharges and other debts relating to transportation bills paid by agencies around the world. Each year, we detect and recover millions of dollars in overcharges by:
- Overseeing the implementation and performance of prepayment audits for transportation services procured anywhere in the world.
- Conducting postpayment audits of transportation bills.
- Providing for the collection of overcharges.
- Adjudicating TSP claims.
- Handling TSP-related bankruptcies and litigations for federal agencies.
The Transportation Audits Management System replaced the legacy Transportation Account Receivable Payable System. TAMS is our postpayment transportation auditing solution. The goal of TAMS is to improve our business operations and greatly enhance our customer’s interaction, communication, and overall experience with audits.
What is TAMS
The Transportation Audits Management System is an online portal for end-to-end auditing of transportation invoices. Federal agencies and transportation service providers can monitor and manage their accounts, to include the submission of pre and postpayment invoice information and the submission of protests, claims, and payment of Notices of Overcharge, respectively.
TSPs can submit protests and track their progress through an easy-to-use, digital process. Using TAMS ensures federal agency compliance with prepayment and post payment audit regulations.
Agencies have the ability to submit pre and post payment reporting along with paid invoices via TAMS Agency Reporting feature. For postpayment, TAMS enables federal agencies to upload a single or multiple invoices via the bulk upload capability.
