BMO training
The Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) program offers training to its customer partners in a variety of formats:
- In-person
- Webinar
- Conference call
- Training videos
BMO overview and DPA training
Federal agency personnel should attend this Overview and Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) training to learn about the overall structure, features and benefits of the BMO program. Before issuing task orders using BMO, Federal Contracting Officers (COs) must complete training and receive a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA). Training sessions last approximately one and a half hours and will offer Continuous Learning Points (CLPs).
Please note: The BMO solution is currently only available in Zones 1-6. Federal agency personnel outside of these zones are welcome to participate, but the facility that they are contracting for must be within Zones 1-6 (until further Zones are awarded).
Three part training video series
You can now obtain your BMO Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) needed to use the BMO contracts by watching a three part video series. Instructions on requesting a DPA letter are provided in the videos.
