Eligibility
Our Multiple Award Schedule is open to
- State and local governments defined at 40 U.S.C. 502(c)(3), including educational institutions such as public schools, colleges and universities
- The government of the District of Columbia
- Territorial governments
- Tribal governments and organizations
- Mixed ownership government corporations as identified in 31 U.S.C. § 9101
- Qualified nonprofit agencies for the blind or other severely handicapped individuals, as defined in 41 U.S.C. § 8501
- Contractors and subcontractors authorized under FAR Subpart 51.1
- Other eligible users

Things to keep in mind
Make sure you understand and comply with your state or local regulations and competitive procedures.
If you are using grant money, you must also follow the granting agency’s regulations and procedures.
You are responsible for making sure only authorized representatives place orders.
Contractors can decline an order within five days after receipt and credit card orders within 24 hours.
