GSA DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY
SUBJECT: Delegations of Authority Manual, Chapter 16, Office of Administrative Services (Full PDF Format)
1. Purpose. This Order updates and revises Chapter 16, Part 1 of ADM 5450.39D, GSA Delegations of Authority Manual.
2. Cancellations. This supersedes ADM 5450.39D, Chapter 16, Part 1 dated November 16, 2011.
3. Nature of Revision: The Office of Administrative Services (OAS) was established in November 2011, and at that time only basic authorities were delegated. Since then, the mission and structure of OAS has evolved. This directive updates the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual to reflect organizational and functional changes and documents the commensurate authorities as delegated by the Administrator to the OAS, Chief Administrative Services Officer (CASO).
4. Delegation of authority. I hereby delegate the authorities contained in the attached document to the CASO and direct the attachment be included as Chapter 16, Part 1 of the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual.
