2025 GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum

This year’s GSA SmartPay Training Forum will be held virtually!

Join us for the 2025 GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum, which will take place from May 13-15, 2025.

Whether you are brand new to the program or a seasoned professional, the GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum continues to be the premier training event for charge card program managers. The 3-day virtual event will feature a comprehensive training schedule that will cover all aspects of how to successfully manage your charge card program.

Who should attend the forum?

  • Agency/Organization Program Coordinators (A/OPCs)
  • Financial Managers
  • Approving Officials
  • Billing Officials
  • Other agency personnel who play a role in managing their agency’s GSA SmartPay charge card program

Note: This event is not intended for card/account holders.

During the 3-day virtual event, we will hold scheduled training sessions with the opportunity to chat with presenters. If you’re unable to attend the scheduled training sessions, registrants will be able to view the classes on-demand through Monday, June 30, 2025.

Registration for the 2025 GSA SmartPay Virtual Training Forum will open online at gsasmartpayforum.org in mid-February 2025. Please note that no fee is required to register for this valuable training opportunity. It is highly recommended that those registering for this event obtain agency approval to attend prior to registering.

Event registration is required if you want to access the scheduled and/or on-demand training sessions. Please note:

  • About one week before the forum, when the event portal opens, registrants will have the opportunity to build their own agenda with scheduled training sessions that take place May 13-15.
  • On-demand training sessions will be available to registrants once the event portal opens through Monday, June 30, 2025.

Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) will be available for many of the scheduled and on-demand classes. The GSA SmartPay Program Certification (GSPC) will be offered again this year. Check out Smart Bulletin No. 022 for information on how to obtain the GSPC.

For attendees that have an active Defense Acquisition University (DAU)/Federal Acquisition Institute Cornerstone OnDemand (FAI CSOD) account and provide their DAU/FAI CSOD account information at the time of forum registration, CLPs earned during the forum will be automatically uploaded to your DAU/FAI transcript and will count towards your certifications (like FAC-COR, FAC-PM, etc.). Please allow 6-8 weeks after the forum’s event portal closes on June 30, 2025 for processing. For questions about this process, please email pshctraining@gsa.gov.
