GSA awards design phase services contract for new federal courthouse

DES MOINES, Iowa – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded the design phase services for the Construction Manager as Constructor contract to Ryan Companies US, Inc.

Ryan Companies US, Inc. will be part of the project team to assist in design review and estimating during the design phase services. The contract includes an option for the construction phase services to be exercised at a later date.

“The award of this contract is a significant milestone toward providing the city of Des Moines with a new court house,” said Heartland Regional Administrator Michael Copeland. “We are proud of the hard work that has gone into this project and look forward to continuing to provide savings to the American taxpayer.”
