Follow the steps below to obtain access to eRETA. There are two application processes depending upon if your agency allows access to Google Forms.
If your agency allows access to Google Forms, complete the following steps.
For each organization that you will need to access in eRETA, select the agency bureau code from the eRETA Agency Bureau Codes [XLSX - 101 KB].
Fill out the eRETA User Account Request Form, removing any leading zeros from each agency bureau code and, if more than one code, separating them with spaces.
Submit the form, receive an email with a copy of your request, and forward the email to your supervisor.
Ask your supervisor to forward the copy of your request to eRETA@gsa.gov with a statement such as, “I approve this request for eRETA access.”
