GSA Does That!? is the first agency-wide podcast produced by the U.S. General Services Administration. The podcast gives government employees, industry, government geeks, and others an inside look at how GSA and its partners provide value and impact for the American people.
GSA Does That!? features in-depth interviews with GSA leaders and experts (in areas like federal real estate, acquisitions, and technology) as well as GSA partners, customers and others who can give listeners a fresh perspective. Whether you are a policy wonk or just someone who likes to know more about how government delivers, you’re welcome in our listener community!
About the Name and Artwork
We chose to call the podcast GSA Does That!? because people are often surprised to learn the scope and scale of GSA’s impact, our work with other government and private-sector organizations, and the stories of how we deliver for everyday people. From modern and efficient buildings, robust acquisition solutions that make it easier to do business with government, leading technology programs that help government deliver, and so much more, GSA does that. At the end of each episode, we want listeners to walk away saying, “Wow. GSA does that?”
As a nod to the agency’s history, the channel artwork features President Harry S. Truman, who established GSA on July 1, 1949, with the goal of making government work better and saving taxpayer money along the way.
