Helpful resources for MAS sellers
In addition to your assigned contracting officer or specialist, a GSA representative assigned to you post-award, will work with you during the contract term to provide support and education to make sure you remain contractually compliant.
Talk to someone
- If you have a current Schedule contract, your administrative contracting officer, or ACO, is your primary contact to handle mass modifications and subcontracting plan tracking.
- Your industrial operations analyst is responsible for reviewing contract compliance, including sales reporting, adjustments, industrial funding fee collection, and periodic assessments virtually or in person.
We have a contact center available via phone, email, or chat 24/5.
If you want to voice concerns about unfair practices, disparate treatment, or unrealistic barriers in our acquisition processes, contact our Office of the Procurement Ombudsman.
If you are a small business, you can use our Office of Small and Disadvantaged Utilization, the U.S. Small Business Administration, or APEX accelerators (formerly called procurement technical assistance centers).
If you need help with state and local governments, contact Frank Mayer at frank.mayer@gsa.gov or 212-264-1179.
