Members of our affinity and Special Emphasis Programs

Our employee-driven affinity groups and Special Emphasis Programs (SEPs) offer employees a space to connect around shared interests, identities, or experiences. These groups not only foster a more inclusive environment through cultural awareness, but also address unique challenges faced by diverse groups. SEPs, in particular, play a crucial role in advocating for equal opportunities for groups that have historically experienced workplace discrimination.
