Interagency Committee on Property Management (ICPM)
The Interagency Committee on Property Management (ICPM) promotes efficient and economical use of personal property assets and sound governmentwide personal property policies. The ICPM is composed of representatives from federal agencies that manage personal property.
GSA chairs the committee. In addition, the ICPM chair may appoint working groups to study specific topics as needed. Working Group members do not need to be agency representatives.
ICPM members collaborate with GSA on policy matters by regularly evaluating regulations and guidance and identifying needed updates. The ICPM shares and promotes best practices in personal property management and provides personal property training together with GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).
ICPM meetings are routinely held in October, February, and June. Special meetings are called as needed.
