The Office Human Resources Management leads HR support activities for our agency’s 13,000 employees. Arron Helm is the Chief Human Capital Officer and heads our office.
As part of our Human Capital Strategic Plan, we work to:

Under a cross-servicing arrangement, we also provide a human resources system supporting employees from the Office of Personnel Management, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Railroad Retirement Board, the National Credit Union Administration, and various Presidential and Congressional Commissions and Boards.
Special emphasis programs:
Special emphasis programs are management programs designed to advance equal opportunities for groups historically subjected to discrimination in the workplace. These programs also improve the work environment by promoting and fostering inclusion in the workplace through cultural awareness and understanding of the unique issues affecting employment of various constituent groups.
