GSA Global Supply® offers a variety of choices - not only with product offerings, but also in ordering and billing methods. There are several options for requisitioning items from GSA Global Supply:
- Simply search GSA Global Supply® online ordering site and add desired items to a shopping cart. The cart can be parked for future purchases and even emailed to others before submission. Government Purchase Card and Activity Address Code (AAC) or DoDAAC are accepted for payment and registering to use the GSA Global Supply website is easy. GSA Advantage users can gain access with the same user ID and password. To get started, please select “Register Here” in the “Login” box. Ordering is just a step away.
- Phone in orders using our toll free call center at 800-488-3111 between 9:00pm Sundays to 9:30 pm Fridays ET. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives can assist you in locating items, confirming item availability, and placing the order for you, all on the same call.
- Fax orders to GSA Global Supply® at 800-856-7057 or DSN 991-2697 at any time of the day or night. Order forms are found at the back of most GSA catalogs or use this downloadable Fax Order Form [PDF - 41 KB]. GSA Global Supply will send an order confirmation number for each fax order. The confirmation number can be used for tracking purposes. Use your organization’s automated systems for submitting MILSTRIP or FEDSTRIP requisitions. MILSTRIP/FEDSTRIP orders are routed electronically to GSA via the Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS).
- We’re also happy to accept your Fax Order Form [PDF - 41 KB] or DD Form 1348-6 [PDF - 561 KB] by email. For help with that form, see MILSTRIP Guidance for DD Form 1348-6. [PDF - 121 KB] Completed forms can be emailed to ncscorders@gsa.gov for processing. Please ensure that a contact person and a commercial telephone number accompany all orders to expedite any necessary clarification.
No matter how you order, you can pay using a GSA SmartPay® purchase card, or by direct billing to an AAC/DoDAAC. Customers who need help with obtaining or identifying their DoDAAC can email GSA at ordermgmt@gsa.gov. GSA’s Order Management team works regularly with agency or military service coordinators to validate AAC/DoDAACs. In most cases, there is an existing AAC/DoDAAC, even if it has not been used. In rare cases they collaborate with your agency to issue a new AAC/DoDAAC.
Product fulfillment, order status, billing support, and comprehensive customer service for agencies using the requisition method are provided by GSA. Use our Ask GSA online tool to track your Global Supply orders, report a problem or request information regarding GSA products and services.
