The New England Region provides federal agencies with smart workplaces, state-of-the-art technology, and a wide variety of services ranging from real property management to personal property disposal. We also provide consulting services to connect small business owners, contractors, and vendors with federal government agencies in need of their services.
Our portfolio consists of 108 federal assets, 303 leases which includes 34 Land Port of Entry (LPOE) facilities and 6 U.S. Border Patrol Headquarter facilities (leased and owned) serving entry points into Canada, representing 25% of the land ports of entry nationwide. We also handle real property disposal for New York, Puerto Rico, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the U.S. Virgin Islands in addition to New England.
Our strategic goals of better managing federal real estate, providing efficient and effective acquisition solutions, improving the way federal agencies buy, build and use technology, and designing and delivering expanded shared services across the federal government are set in place to improve performance and save taxpayer money.
