In 2018, the U.S .General Services Administration began efforts to modernize and repair the aging U.S. District Courthouse in Pensacola, Florida, including addressing water intrusion with the replacement of the building’s façade and the standing seam metal roof system to prevent water intrusion, along with repairing structural damage and mold abatement. The project will also provide upgrades to the fire safety system, improved accessibility and a new heating ventilating and air conditioning system.
Current status
Our achieved substantial completion of its work to modernize the Pensacola U.S. Courthouse on February 27, 2020. Construction close out is complete. Tenant furniture, equipment deliveries and physical moves are complete.
