Value Engineering Consultant Requirements

Value engineering consultants may be single firms or joint ventures of multiple firms with experience working together effectively to perform similar services. To select a contractor, we submit a request for proposals and evaluate firms based on qualifications and offered services. When using an indefinite quantity contract, we define the scope of work for each specific value engineering study through a work order and negotiate a fixed price.
