Awarded markets
City Pair awarded 14,254 markets in fiscal year 2025, with 11,193 of those as Domestic and 3,061 as International. These awards represent 91% of all trips flown by government travelers completing their missions. 2,867 markets were awarded with non-stop service.
83% of all awards have two discounted coach fares. This provides flexibility for immediate travel and deeply discounted fares for booking flights early. The YCA provides last seat availability up until the plane is sold out and the _CA fare offers a deeply discounted offering based on supply and demand of a flight.
Savings
The GSA City Pair Program will continue to save taxpayers an estimated $2.45 billion in fiscal year 2025. City Pair fares benchmark 49.5% lower than commercial like fares with no exchange fees, fully refundable, last seat availability, and no blackout dates.
