BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is auctioning an approximately 11.29-acre parcel of vacant land in Colonie, New York, as part of its mission to deliver value and savings in real estate, acquisition, technology, and other mission support services across the government.

- Located at 1130 Central Ave at the intersection of Central Ave and Osborne Road
- Vacant and unimproved
- Offered “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”
Property Details
The Property is +/-11.29 acres of vacant land, mostly level and located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Osborne Road in Colonie, NY. The property is bounded to the south by the Consolidated Rail Corporation. Neighboring properties include a mix of commercial and retail uses. The condition of the property is not warranted

Auction Details
The auction will open on December 27, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (CT). Those interested in bidding are required to register in advance and submit a $100,000 registration deposit. The starting bid will be $300,000, and bid increments will be $10,000.
Potential bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect the Property prior to registering and submitting a bid. All inspections must be coordinated with the GSA Project Manager Anthony Barbati.
