GSA manages space in more than 200 Ohio buildings, including 17 owned facilities, 10 of which are federal courthouses.

Within the Ohio inventory, GSA manages seven historic properties, including the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse in Columbus and the award-winning Howard M. Metzenbaum U.S. Courthouse in Cleveland, viewable here in a brief film. In other Ohio federal building news, GSA officially named the Walter H. Rice Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, Dayton, in 2019 and acquired the Food and Drug Administration’s Forensic Chemistry Center, Cincinnati, in 2018.
