Become a FedRooms Hotel
The FedRooms program is increasing traveler adoption - demonstrated by a reported 68% increase in room nights from calendar year 2019 to 2023. FedRooms is a managed hotel program with an annual Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Information for the 2025 RFP will be released soon.

Requirements
Your property must meet certain requirements to be considered for the FedRooms program.
- FEMA certified & ADA compliant.
- You must offer competitive rates at or below per diem.
- You must offer a cancellation policy of at least 4 p.m. the day of arrival, and at least 24 hours in advance for international.
- A least 2 crowns (mid range, economy property).
- No deposits and no early departure fees.
- You must offer complimentary guest room internet.
- You must book the FedRooms rate when requested via telephone.
- Comply with all other terms and conditions.
RFP Process
The RFP process will kick off with the release of the next fiscal year’s per diem, more information will be provided later.
Report and Remit requirements
- 1.5% participation fee.
- Your room nights and revenue reports are due by the 20th of each month.
- Payments need to be received 30 days after receiving the invoice.
- If your hotel does not report and remit centrally, you must provide your room night and revenue monthly.
