Nov. 26 Draft Public Participation & Community Engagement (PPCE) Memo & Toolkit Listening Session will be held virtually and will be a chance to engage with representatives from the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Office of Performance and Personnel Management (OPPM) on the draft PPCE memo, including its definitions, guiding principles, and framework. Participants will have the opportunity to comment on various sections, including the toolkit. Register here.

Dec. 3–6Open Americas/America Abierta will be held in person in Brasilia, Brazil to connect international and regional stakeholders from civil society and government. The event will feature meetings and activities focused on transparency, access to information, open government, equity, accountability and more.

Dec. 9 Intentional Public Participation and Community Engagement (PPCE) in AI Design and Implementation will be held virtually and will explore ways in which federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments are thinking through building PPCE into AI design and implementation.
