You should include the following language on your order or request for quote:
This order or RFQ is being issued under GSA Multiple Award Schedule [insert contract number and special item numbers here] by the authority of the GSA Cooperative Purchasing program. Vendors must include their GSA MAS contract number on your responses to obtain a contract award.
